What it takes to join Orchid Homecare

To work with Orchid Homecare it is essential that you have a genuine care for others, good communication skills and the ability to understand what each of the roles entails. Care experience may be of advantage but not always necessary as full training will be provided.

Access to your own transport and flexible availability is also advantageous. In return we offer excellent rates, flexibility, training and all the support you need to fulfil your role.

What can Orchid Homecare offer in return

Besides ongoing support and training throughout your career with us, professional and friendly working environment, we offer flexible working hours as the needs of individuals are different. Our hourly rates start from £7.50 per hour with travel allowance of £1.00 “per call” for carers who drive, and £7.50 per hour with tavel allowance of £0.50 “per call” for carers that don’t drive.
